Once your registration completed, you should have a login and a password. These are personal and confidential. They should not be given to or shared with others. Under no circumstances is netploy responsible for the loss of your login and/or password.

In the event that you use these elements in a contrary way other than to the finalization of the site, Planet Award Award reserves the right to cancel your account with no advance notice. You will be responsible for others using these identification elements or for actions and/or declarations by the intermediary of your account fraudulent or not. You guarantee Planet Award against all requests of this nature.

In other respects, netploy, not baring the means necessary to assure the identity of people subscribing to their services is in no way responsible for the usurpation of a member’s identity. If you believe that someone is using your account, you must inform us immediately by mail at the below address.

When a member wishes to sponsor a colleague and provide netploy with his coordinates, he commits to having previously obtained the persons consentment to allow this information to be processed by netploy. He is otherwise responsible in regards to netploy, this person and others for all consequences concerning the transmission of his coordinates to netploy.

Netploy reserves the right to deactivate accounts that have been inactive for a period equal or superior to 6 months.

You need the skills, materials and software required to use internet and understand that the characteristics and constraints of internet do not guarantee security, availability and the integrity of the information diffused.

netploy does not guarantee that the services will function without interruptions or functional errors. In particular, their system can be momentarily interrupted for maintenance, updating, technical improvements or content evaluation and/or presentation.

Netploy will whenever possible inform their members before a maintenance operation, or an update. You renounce in seeking responsibility after netploy regarding function and service exploitation.

Moreover, netploy will not be held responsible for mal functions, denied access, or misuse of netploy due to un adapted equipment and/or malfunctions from the members access provider, network congestion, and all other reasons not directly concerning netploy.

netploy will in no way be responsible for indirect damage, and more specifically loss of information (including copies) or any other operation you may have effectuated.

Once registered, you will have access to netploy services. While using netploy you are committing yourself to respecting the following rules:

• You apply the recent laws and respect others rights.
• Do not diffuse false or misused information or contents
• Do not diffuse offending, defamatory, offensive, insulting, obscene, abusive, violent, or violence related, political, prejudice or xenophobic information or contents, and as a general rule all contents contrary to netploys objectives, recent laws and regulations or public decency.
• Do not diffuse information or contents that may lessen, disorganize or perturb the use of netploy, interrupt and/or slow down communication between members.

If a member does not respect one or more of these rules, netploy reserves the right to block the concerned members account (s), automatically delete suspicious mails, prevent publication of all or part of the members profile and/or block his access to all or part of the services, in a temporary or permanent way with no compensation.

netploy cannot be held responsible for any false declarations made by a member: information defined in a profile especially concerning skills, experience or language capacities are strictly the members’ responsibility.

netploy is clear of any responsibility at the time of meetings between netploy members, on netploy, or at the time of meetings between members and /or non members following the use of their site or services.

netploy and all of its contents are protected under copyright.

The right to copy is only granted to you in numeric form on your computer so that you may visualize pages that have been consulted by your internet browser.

Printing is authorized for private use only according to article L. 122-52° from the Intellectual Property code (French law).

All other use not directly related to the present or allowed by contract with netploy, is strictly forbidden and necessitates a common agreement with Planet Award.

Brands, logos, graphics, photos, animations, videos and texts on the site www.netploy.com are the intellectual property of netploy and can not be reproduced, used or represented without a formal authorization from Planet Award under penalty of law.

User rights granted by netploy to the members are strictly limited to access, downloading, printing; copying on to different types of supports (hard drive, floppy, CD-ROM etc...) and the use of these documents are intended for private and personal reasons only. All other use is forbidden without the authorization of Planet Award.

It is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, download, diffuse, forward, commercially export and/or distribute in any way, services, pages from www.netploy.com, or computer codes relevant to the composition of the services and site www.netploy.com

You authorize netploy to modify the contents in question in order to respect netploys graphic chart or other communication tools stated here under and /or make them compatible with their technical performance or other formats concerned.

Every member has the possibility to cancel his subscription in www.netploy.com at any time and without a reason, by sending us a simple letter by mail at the following address:

In case of negligence on your part to respect the user conditions, netploy reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account with no advance notice or refund.

You will be informed by e-mail that your account has been cancelled. All information concerning you will be destroyed upon your request or at the end of a 6 month period following the cancellation of your account.

Information given by a member should be exact and true. The consequences of their disclosure are your responsibility alone. You renounce to all appeals against netploy particularly an eventual attack on your character, honor, or privacy resulting from the diffusion or disclosure of information concerning you.

netploy can not be held responsible for the accuracy or in accuracy of the contents given by their members, visitors on line and/or you. For the same reason netploy can not be held responsible for information diffused by a member susceptible to jeopardize the rights of one or more members.

If the responsibility of netploy is sought after for negligence by a member concerning a breach in terms of regulations or user conditions, the party concerned guarantees netploy against all accusations pronounced against them, this guarantee covers at the same time any allowances awarded as well as legal fees that may eventually be charged to him.

netploy reserves the right to modify or evaluate at any moment the pages of the site www.netploy.com, services, prices and user conditions which are applicable.

These modifications will be put into place on the site www.netploy.com, with no discrimination towards any member wishing to cancel his netploy account.
