Management Consultant in Supply Chain (both planning and execution), I have worked for 8 years in many programs as a project manager or a senior consultant. My core competencies are: program & project management, diagnostic & audit, organization design, process reengineering, IS implementation (ERP, APS, BI, eprocurement). My customers are leaders in CPG, Automotive, Aeronautics and Pharma. 3 years ago, I have co founded Planet Award and I am dedicated to business transformation thanks to the new technologies for collaboration (collaborative workplace et web conferencing). In 2006, we have launched netploy to promote distant working. I am strongly convinced that collaborative working is a key success factor for many organizations.
